I didn’t realize how much my country meant to me until I looked around, and felt like a stranger. I didn’t recognize anything anymore, not the schools, congressmen, or even the news! I started paying attention, and what I saw was disturbing. I began thinking about what was important, and where we went wrong. I hear a lot of people saying they want their country back… not me. I want a New America, founded on the Constitution, and the principles of personal liberty and responsibility. And this time, I want all those who were excluded, and all those new Americans who want to be a part of that New America, to be an active part of it’s dynamic political system. What kind of America do we want?
